Before founding MBNL, Xavier Pronovost-Vachon spent years as a foreman in the largest masonry company in Quebec. He knows what it costs to do things right, and what it costs not to do them.
To understand buildings beyond the profession, Xavier studied civil engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. Structural loads, material behavior, drainage water management: decisions on our sites are based on engineering training, not on approximations.
What was missing in the market? An entrepreneur who can talk as much to the owner of a 6-plex as to the manager of a 100-unit commercial building, and to deliver in both cases. MBNL was born out of this lack.
