How MBNL was born
Field experience
Before founding MBNL, Xavier Pronovost-Vachon spent years as a foreman in the largest masonry company in Quebec. He knows what it costs to do things right, and what it costs not to do them.
The training
To understand buildings beyond the profession, Xavier studied civil engineering at Polytechnique Montréal. Structural loads, material behavior, drainage water management: decisions on our sites are based on engineering training, not on approximations.
2020 — MBNL is founded
What was missing in the market? An entrepreneur who can talk as much to the owner of a 6-plex as to the manager of a 100-unit commercial building, and to deliver in both cases. MBNL was born out of this lack.
Today
12 CCQ certified masons. 500+ projects delivered across Greater Montreal. An RBQ 4.1 license (masonry structures) that few contractors hold. And a 4.9-star reputation on Google built project after project.
